Our client is an important spanish technology company in Network Solutions responsable for web creation, e-mails, online advertisement, hosting, and other online services. It's an expanding company with international visibility that invests on its employees but also owe their success to each one of them.

As a Technical Support 1st line you'll be working at the service desk department and you will have direct contact with the 2nd line team. The main function of this position is to provide IT support to the company's client.

You will be responsible for:

- Answer the information enquires and basic support about domains, email, hosting and web tools creation;
- Solve administrative issues about products adquired from the customers;
- Identify customer needs and advice them during the purchase cicle;
- Escalate the issues you cannot solve to the second level support.

Qualifications
- Native Level of Portuguese.

Experience
- Customer Service or helpdesk experience.

Skills
- Knowledge related with web environment such as Internet protocols, service and programming languages will be a plus.
