Our client is an international company that is offering a wide variety of digital services mainly about online presence and domains.

The main responsibilities are:

- Answer the information enquires and basic support about domains, email, hosting and web tools creation;
- Solve administrative issues about products acquired from the customers;
- Identify customer needs and advise them during the purchase cycle;
- Escalate the issues you cannot solve to the second level support.

- Native Level of Portuguese;
- English B2;
- Knowledge related with web environment such as Internet protocols, service and programming languages will be a plus;
- Customer Service or helpdesk experience;
- Customer Orientation;
- Teamwork;
- Technical Proactivity;
- Attention to detail.
