As a Travel Agent-Customer Support, your main objective will be to improve the customer experience by assisting with their travel arrangements.
- You will handle calls/emails in both German and English;
- You will handle special requests;
- You will be involved in Reservations management;
- You will take care of complaints and contact the hotels.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have an excellent level of German and English.
- You have an experience in Customer Service or Tourism industry (is a plus);
- You have a high affinity to the tourism industry as well as good geographic knowledge;
- You enjoy working in a team and with customers;
- You are flexible and committed;
- You have a consumer oriented mind-set and you are willing to provide the best service.

- You will have an attractive base salary, food allowance and bonus system with a weekly working time of 40 hours (full time) or min. 25 hours (part time) in shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00
