Operations Manager UK - International e-Commerce Company

Our client is a mobile app solution for eCommerce delivery in Europe.
As an Operations Manager you will be reporting to the Area Manager. Your objective will be the day to day operations in our distribution centers within the East Coast area. You will be responsible to develop and manage a network of facilities across the East Coast and provide strategic direction to support our fast-paced growth.
You will be responsible for:
-Directly manage all day to day warehouse activities to ensure a smooth development of the operations;
-Actively participate in the design of the strategic operational expansion plan and its execution;
-Develop and manage a portfolio of associated fleets – including price and SLA negotiation and regular performance reviews;
-Evaluate efficiency and identify opportunities to increase productivity within the team;
-Manage and oversee day to day operational costs in the assigned coverage area – P&L responsibility;
-Develop a Customer Service team and track performance KPIs and metrics to ensure highest level of service;
-Responsible for implementing measures needed in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for all employees.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent warehouse management experience;
-Ability to work under pressure and autonomously in a rapidly changing environment;
-Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills;
-Highly motivated and results driven person;
-Outstanding negotiating skills;
-Advanced user of Office package;
-Contract: permanent with 3 months trial period;
-Annual fix gross salary + bonus + stock options;
-Paid holidays: 26 working days/year;
-Notice period: 3 month
