Technical Support Representative with Excellent Level of Spanish, English and French or Italian
Our client is specialized in providing outsourcing services in Customer Service, Technical Support, Outbound / Inbound Sales, and implementation of internal Operational Excellence Services in an international context.
As a Technical Support Representative you will be responsible for:
- Provide Technical Support to final customers by phone and/or email;
- Respond to all inquiries of final consumers, in the areas of customer service, technical support and billing.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Fluent in Spanish, English and French or Italian;
-Experience in sales (preferable);
-Web Hosting environment;
-Linux, Joomla and WordPress;
-Part-time or Full-time contract
