Technical Support Representative with Excellent Level of French and Italian
Our client is specialized in providing outsourcing services in Customer Service, Technical Support, Outbound / Inbound Sales, and implementation of internal Operational Excellence Services in an international context.
As a Technical Support Representative you main responsibilities are:
- Provide Technical Support to final customers by phone and/or email;
- Respond to all inquiries of final consumers, in the areas of customer service, technical support and billing.
- Skills in the Web Hosting environment;
- Knowledge in web programming;
- Knowledge of Linux, Joomla and WordPress;
- Some experience in sales is a plus;
- Fluent in English and Italian OR French.
