Commercial Team Lead with English

As Commercial Team Lead you continuously coach and provide best practices and recommendations to direct reports; improve team productivity in support of broader goals of the team, building the skills and capabilities of the team members. Acting as the central point between management and staff, the team lead will evaluate individual team member knowledge, skills, workload and work with the Manager to optimise it.
You will be responsible for:
-Track activities to ensure targets are met
-Provide an accurate weekly forecast to the Manager
-Provide an encouraging, supportive presence for the team
-Work with the team to maximize partners’ metrics and performance to deliver increases in conversion and optimization
-Provide timely feedback to management regarding performance, system and tool issues
-Grasp technology service solutions and maintain an understanding of our marketplace including competitive pricing and offerings
-Work with the local trainer to develop training plans
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
-4-5 years’ account experience of which 1 year is at a managerial level
-Knowledge of CRM Systems (Salesforce.com a plus)
-Strong written and oral communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to lead teams successfully in a fast-paced team environment
-Build Maintain Teams
-Management of complexity
-Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
