Our client, founded in 1978, is a market leader in financial services, specialized in corporate governance and compliance, employee share plans and other financial business services.

As a Client Manager you will be responsible for:

-Build and maintain proactive and positive relationships with clients by managing portfolios effectively and efficiently, by building client trust in our capability to deliver and to ensure client retention
-Manage client actions and deliver resolution to issues through creative solutions and service excellence, meeting your client portfolios expectations and satisfaction
-Assist and support the management team by identifying potential revenue opportunities, meeting associated EBITDA goals.
-Design, develop and deliver professional presentations, both internally and externally
-Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis and costings
-Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures so as to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities
-Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis
-Effectively represent Client Management within the organisation providing education and up skilling to a range of colleagues
-Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business

The role of the Client Manager is to effectively build and maintain key relationships across a client portfolio, ensuring client retention, management of risk and maximising commercial opportunities. You will be working within the Share Plans space. This requires someone who will feel at ease working with a range of blue chip organisations and has experience in Account- and/or Stakeholder Management.

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

-Be fluent in German is essential with other European language skills being advantageous
-Degree Educated or higher Industry Qualification (eg Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association ICSA, Bankers Institute)
-Previous experience within Client Management role within financial services or direct Compensation and Benefits role
- Willingness to travel once a month
-Strong Problem Solving ability within boundaries of authority
-Strong experience in delivering exceptional Customer service
-Industry knowledge
-Commercial views on contracts/ requests of clients re-services
-Significant experience in planning and managing workload to meet deadlines
-Share Plan experience (products and regulatory) desirable but not essential
-Experienced Communicator
-Ability to identify and solve problems
-Microsoft Office suite – proficient
-Numeracy skills
