Hotel Maintenance Manager


Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Our client is an organisation with its headquarters in Barcelona, comprising several companies connected with diverse spheres of activity in the tourist sector.

Function

As a Hotel Maintenance Manager your main responsibilities will be:

-Corporate maintenance of the designated areas
-Provide good service and generate a synergy with the different directors of maintenance of each hotel
-Organize and supervise the maintenance team of the hotel
-Supervision of the preventive maintenance of the installations of the buildings
-Management of the costs of the department
-Supervision of the contracted companies
-Projects of development
-Communication with the responsible of the international corporation.
-People managing: +5
-Superior : International director of corporate maintenance



Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following skills and abilities:

-We are looking for a person who will share his experience and who has a background in the hotel, retail, hospital or public buildings industry with a focus on providing an excellent service.
-You are the perfect candidate if you consider yourself as dynamic, constant, involved, able to manage people, business oriented and always looking to evolve within an international company.
-You need to have technical- legal knowledge, OCA’s of installations and maintenance plans.
-You would also travel within check republic and handle other hotels. This is why we need you to have a valid driving license and a car.
-You speak fluently English and have a good knowledge of Czech.
