During your day-to-day:
You will manage HR Administration and business partnering for France
You will supervise payroll process payroll on a monthly basis with the external payroll providers
You will manage external payroll providers for French employees and supervise from a to z payroll process
You are a business partner to Managers and first line of contact to support employees on HR and payroll related questions
You will be Supervising database accuracy, reporting deadlines
You will manage employment contracts, starters and leavers process
You will manage internal HR projects with high level of autonomy
You are the person we are looking for if:
You are a native or bilingual French speaker
You have English and Spanish proficiency level
You have a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
You have min 4 years’ experience in leading HR Administration’s full cycle process
You have a proven track record to lead HR initiatives and work with business stakeholders
You have highly developed written and oral communication skills
You posses sound problem resolution and decision-making skills, time management skills; flexibility
You have the ability to drive the initiatives with the directors and managers and to establish collaborative partnerships
Our client offers:
6 months interim project (or temporary employment contract with a possibility of long-term employment based on performance and professional vision for future)
Position based in Barcelona
You would be joining engineering company in growth phase
France = 100 employees
Spain = 150 employees
Projects in 7 countries
At this position you will report to : Regional HR Director
You will have direct inter-locution with : directors an managers of areas in both countries
