As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your main function will be to manage the projects within the Finance department.
During your day to day:
- You will be responsible for registration of suppliers' invoices in SAP or AS400.
- You will be in control of preparing payments in SAP, A400 or manually.
- You will be analyzing accounts payable.
- You will be helping with monthly and annually closing of financial statements.
- You will be first contact with a headquarter (in France) and subsidiaries.
- You will be a support for general accountants.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have basic knowledge of accounting and international taxation.
- You have intermediate/advanced level of French. Other European languages are valued.
- You're detail oriented.
- You have previous experience in similar position.
- You're used to work with deadlines and various tasks.
- You're a team player.
- You have worked before on SAP or AS400.
- You will have a stable position with permanent contract.
- You will work full time from Monday to Friday.
