Contact Center Agent with a High Level of German
Our client is an international company represented in 12 European countries supplying approximately 4 million households.
As a Contact Center Agent, you will be using your sales skills to maintain the already existing good relationships between users and our client.
Your main responsibilities are:
-Keeping the positive atmosphere and provoking positive feelings with the client;
-Showing interest in the client;
-Cross upselling top quality products.
