Contact Center Agent with French
Our client is an European leader in direct selling of frozen food and ice cream via home delivery. Our client is represented in 12 European countries supplying approximately 4 million households.
As a Contact Center Agent, you will be using your sales skills to maintain the already existing good relationships between users and our client.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Keeping the positive atmosphere and provoking positive feelings with the client;
- Showing interest in the client;
- Cross upselling top quality products.
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
- Proficiency Level of French;
- Excellent level of English;
- Sales experience desirable;
- Customer oriented;
- Result oriented.
