Support Agent for International Projects with High Level of French
Our client is an International company, part of a group working in various world markets and present in more than 100 countries representing 130 nationalities.
As a Contact Center Agent, your objective will be to use your sales skills to maintain the already existing good relationships between users and our client.
You will be responsible for:
-Keeping the positive atmosphere and provoking positive feelings with the client;
-Showing interest in the client;
-Cross upselling top quality products.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Proficiency Level of French;
-Excellent level of English;
-Sales experience desirable;
-Motivated, good time management and organizational skills;
-Enthusiastic, dynamic, helpful, energetic.
