You will work in an international company in the fashion sector specialized in women’s homewear and undergarments. The offices are based in Tordera (El Maresme, Barcelona) and you will work in a young and very international environment.
As a Customer Service Specialist, your main objective will be customer satisfaction and timely implementation of objectives.
During your day to day:
- You will organize work and supervising over subordinate units of Contact Center
- You will care of the quality of the job, and timely implementation of the objectives
- You will give competency development and support of subordinates
- You will enter solutions to improve the processes and work of the team
- You will prepare reports on the effects of work
- You will have current cooperation with team of Contact Center and with other departments of the company
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are fluent in Russian, English and Spanish (ESSENTIAL). Other languages are a plus.
- You have analytical skills
- You have previous experience working and coordinating in a team
- You are customer-oriented
- You are used to manage a great volume of work
- You have independence and responsibility for assigned tasks

- You will work from 9:30 to 18:30 Monday to Friday
