Our client an automotive manufacturing provider dedicated to starter motors and generators production (industrial sector).
- Support the transfer of Germany's HR administration processes to Portugal;
- Support in the new internal procedures related to the German labour area and in the new HR systems;
- Administration of processes in the new HR systems, regarding On boarding, Employee Live Cycle, Exit and Gross Payroll;
- Contact with the local HR departments, employees and external providers;
- Work together in an international team.
- Human Resources, Law or Management degree;
- Experience in HR administration, payroll, expats;
- English (C2);
- German is a plus;
- Very good IT-skills (MS Office - especially Excel);
- Availability to travel
- Experience to work in an international HR shared service center is a plus.
