As a Customer Loyalty Representative - Benelux Market with a High Level of Dutch, you will provide customer support to the clients of the company.
You will be responsible for:
- No cold calling!
- Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes to our customers and internal departments;
- Use company ERP system (SAP) to enter notificacions, create spare part orders, etc using standard operating processes;
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues or complaints using available resources;
- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, along with orders, back ordered items an items in transit;
- Prepare and send service and aftermarket quotations and follow ups;
- Provide customers with product and service information;
- Initiate customer conversations to assess potential for increasing sales of key consumable products and to develop sales leads for sales representatives;
- Generate ad hoc reports to support the Regional Managers
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good command of English
Experience
- Some experience in Customer service
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
- MS Office package knowledge as well as good data entry skills

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Friendly yet professional attitude
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational and poblem solving skills
