Wholesale Customer Service Specialist for Digital Key Accounts with Native English
Our client is an international group in the Fashion sector.
Goal of the position: You will be part of our dynamic and dedicated customer service team, servicing our wholesale customers worldwide. You will follow up the whole order to cash process of important customers on the Digital market.
- Order entry follow up.
- Order book management/orders to cash conversion.
- Logistics and Transport follow up.
- Handling customers’ specific requirements in the Digital environment.
- Liaise with Sales, Logistics, and Finance (Accounts Receivable).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position, with Digital Customers and in the Fashion Industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Another European language is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with SAP is a plus
