The Customer Service Excecutive is responsible for managing and controlling order to invoice process of specific customers and working in the improvement of the order to cash and collaborative processes.
- Monthly follow up of KPIs for Key Customers/scorecards
- Manage daily orders
- Data base maintenance, purchasing orders and issues service
- Ensure alignment between products catalogue and customers’ orders
- Coordinate with logistics sales product delivery to customers.
- Work in improvement of the different collaborative processes with the customers
- Take decisions to correct deviation from established plans
- Educated to a minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Service/Logisitcs
- Hands on attitude
