Digital Community Manager


Location: Barcelona, Spain

Function

As a Community Manager you will be part of the Marketing team and your key individual responsibilities will be:

- Manage the local communities.
- Ensure rules guidelines.
- Overview recruitment of the members for their territory and termin agreement of members when necessary.
- Steer their activities to support content needed by content team.
- Leverage community content for the distribution across different channels.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following requirements:

- 2 years minimum in community management.
- Proven records in building an online audience.
- University degree in communication.
- Native Spanish fluent English.

Personal skills :
- Good knowledge of the "world" of those communities.
- Competent in social media tactics to boost audience.
- Excellent interpersonal and editorial skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, reactivity.
- Analytical skills.
