Product Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Knows our products and their competitors and has a clear understanding of competitive landscape:
Generates competitor analysis per product (USP, messaging, branding), creates buyer personas per vertical.
-Owns all product, sales and innovation collateral and ensures corporate design is applied to all materials:
Generates product videos, success stories, project announcements, flyers, banners, presentations, updates website accordingly.
-Owns all client communication:
Creates video tutorials and training materials, sends email updates to clients, conducts client webinars, measures customer satisfaction on a regular basis.
-Owns all product communication such as new releases:
In charge of email communication, launch campaigns
-Owns product related trade shows and conferences:
Promotes shows we attend, increases meetings booked for shows, in charge of post event communication.
Defines and orders merchandizing material in line with corporate design/image
-Owns innovation communication:
Writes articles and press releases related to our R&D projects
-Native level of English written and spoken
-Technical minded (engineering background a bonus)
-At least 2+ years experience in similar position
-To work with different teams to extract information and turn it into compelling messaging.
-High copy writing skills.
-High analytical skills.
-Experience with Mailchimp, Go-to-webinar, unbounce, WordPress a plus.
-Willingness to travel to shows and attend client meetings.
-Interest in Internet of Things and Smart City sector.
