Sales Administration Assistant with Excellent Level of English


Location: Barcelona, Spain

Department: Sales & Marketing

Organization

Our client specialises in the sale of telecoms equipment direct to corporate clients via phone, internet and email.

Function

Based in Barcelona, you will be reporting to the UK Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

-Processing orders
-Dealing with customer enquiries
-Processing customer returns
-Generating reports
-Stock control
-Pre and post sales customer support

Requirements

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-Excellent level of English
-Knowledge of Spanish or French as a plus
-Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Skills:

-Very organized with a great eye for detail
-Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner
-Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
-Great team player

Offer

-6 months contract with possibility of permanent afterwords.
