Sales Intern with Dutch or Flemish

Europe Language Jobs are a team of young, dynamic and creative individuals who are passionate about working in Europe and who believe in the added value of languages and international experience. They are a fast-growing job board providing services to candidates and companies worldwide in 49 countries and in 57 languages, and their aim is to become the best multilingual job board in their sector. Right now they are looking for new ELJ Talents to support their fast growing international Sales Department.
We currently provide a service to candidates and companies throughout Europe, operating in 48 countries and over 33 languages. At Europe Language Jobs, our aim is to become the best multilingual job board in our sector.
You will be responsible for your own group of countries.
The main tasks you will be doing are:
o Building a network on LinkedIn
o Promote the activities of ELJ on LinkedIn
o Acquisition of new customers
2. Account Management:
o Build good, long-term relationships with your customers and improve the ELJ Experience
o Discuss the needs of your customers
o Make outbound calls to follow up on customers' demands
o Encourage your customers to post their job offers
o Advise your customers on how to use ELJ
o Inform your customers about the latest developments within ELJ
o Identify sales opportunities and close (customized) deals
o Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling in order to increase revenues
4. Business Development:
o Analyze goals and strategy with the team
o ELJ is a start-up, and they are always open to new ideas and possibilities to help to develop strategy
You will, of course, receive help and support in learning and doing all of this.
o You are a friendly and positive team player, and you would love to work in an international environment.

o You are proactive, eager to learn, not afraid of responsibility and highly motivated.
o You have previous experience in sales / account management (customer service, retail, etc.); you are not afraid to pick up the phone, and you are results-driven.
o You are passionate about online business and recruitment industry
o You are able to identify customer needs, and you have excellent listening and communication skills.
o You are curious and able to multitask.
o Proficiency level of English.
o 6-month internship in Barcelona city centre
o Work in an international team
o ELJ is growing: possibility to incorporate to the commercial team after the internship.
o Paid online course (of your choice) in cooperation with EUDE
o Salary: 500€/month.
o Working hours: from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 and 1 free afternoon per week (starts at 15: 00 o´clock)
