Sales Director - Luxury Real Estate


Location: Ibiza, Spain

Our client is a luxury Real Estate company.

Function

Main responsibilities will include:

-Management and supervision of the day-to-day of the sales or listings and rental teams on all aspects regarding their commercial role (legal, crm, administrative and sales and negotiation techniques)
-Responsible for training his/her own team members in all aspects of their job
-Follow up on the standard sales procedure and protocol by the sales members of his/her team
-Implement objectives and targets for the team members and closely monitor this performance and ensure that they are met
-Create a well-informed and motivated environment between team members, particularly about listings, sales and matters arising in the team
-In charge of reviewing and approving the monthly sales commissions spreadsheet of his/her team
-Keep the Sales Operations Director appraised of progress towards established objectives and targets on a weekly basis of the team
-Participate in general sales strategy for general sales managers meetings on a weekly basis
-Carry out weekly/monthly reports for the Sales Operations Director and Partners of the company
-Responsible for communication between different sales teams within the area
-Responsible for interviewing and qualifying potential sales agents candidates
-Carry out periodically performance appraisals for your team members


Requirements

Desired skills expertise:

-Solid experience in a sales management role, preferably in the real estate sector
-Experience as a real estate agent with specific knowledge of the target area is preferred
-Fluent in English, Spanish; other languages a plus
-Professional, good presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive
-High level of time management and organizational skills
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and team player oriented
-Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and hands-on person
-Financially and results oriented
-Proven ability to work independently
-Outstanding levels of customer service preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients
-Able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes pressured office environment
-Valid driving license essential
-Ability to maintain discretion and strict confidentiality
