Telesales - Sales Associate with Swedish
Sales & Marketing
Our client is an information and technology multinational company, offering a full range of technology products, solutions and services.
The candidate will sell actively both services and products over the phone and internet media (web-conferences, social media and other) to new and existing customers. The candidate will also contribute to the unit's business objectives and collaborate very closely with the field sales.
The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Build and develop close relationships with large and important customers in order to enhance future sales and revenue;
- Contact and help customers over the entire sales cycle in order to advise them in buying the appropriate products and services
- Keep the customers' information up-to-date by amending details if required.
- Understand requirements and building/managing close business relationships with field sales and/or other internal departments involved;
- Achieve target revenue and orders by closing business sales where possible, or collectively work on further actions with Field Sales;
- Drive, coordinate and manage a full sales process in close collaboration with Field sales and in line with the methodology.
The candidate needs to have the following competencies:
- Good level of Swedish (MANDATORY);
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Superb communication skills;
- Excellent customer orientation;
- Good conflict resolution skills;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
