Account Manager with English

Our client is the number one in digital marketing of automobiles and offers manufacturers and dealers solutions for online sales and marketing worldwide.


As an Account Manager, you will be working in the Madrid division and reporting to the Country Manager.

You will be responsible for:

-You are the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients and are responsible for building relationships with the Dealer Principal or General Manager of each account
-You advise clients on their digital marketing strategy by leveraging your product expertise with the goal of increasing product utilization and total adoption level of products
-You establish KPIs and appropriate annual goals for each of your clients to achieve with their digital marketing
-You conduct monthly reviews of your clients’ performance against the established KPIs and make recommendations for how they can improve their performance, holding them accountable to using the tools they have purchased to drive the business results they want
-You use strong technical and business development skills to increase your client’s utilization of current products/technology as well as sales of new products as they are released
-You are responsible for product growth and retention within your portfolio of clients


We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:


-Professional experience in the field of Account Management and Digital marketing
-Affinity for Internet applications and experience with Search Engine Marketing, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Social Media (Fb ads, …)
-Work experience in Customer Service, ideally in automotive sector


-Excellent written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills
-Good written and verbal Portuguese skills will be an advantage for this position, but not mandatory

-The ability to handle difficult clients with confidence
-Self-directed, driven, and enthusiastic
