Country Manager DACH

Location: Munich, Germany

Our client is an international group in the Fashion sector.


As a Country Manager, your mission will be to manage and supervise the wholesale and franchise activities of the group in the DACH market:

- Manage wholesale and franchising activities:
o Make sure standards for quality and customer service are met
o Suggest business partnerships and co-planning
o Create plan to achieve financial KPIs set by the management
o Suggest special discounts, displays and events
o Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry
- Manage budget for wholesale, franchises activities, and create annual forecast.
- Supervise the team and cooperate with headquarters to reach objectives
- Plan stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
- Monitor sales plans realization and recommend necessary actions
o Accurately forecast sales
o Produce annual business operating plan and prepare seasonal and annual budgets
- Supervise and analyze wholesale and franchising turn-over, profitability, sales plans, payments and purchasing
- Follow and implement all company policy and procedures to ensure stability, sustainability, safety and security of the business in accordance with country’s laws, regulations and common best practices


- Minimum 5 years’ experience on similar position
- Native level of German and advanced level of English
- Knowledge about pricing and vendor relationships
- SAP, Microsoft Office
