Opportunity for a leader to join a company currently in growth and looking to expand even further by working on channels previously not tested.
Main role will be leading the strategy, implementation and development of SEM, SEO, Social Media Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic, Remarketing strategy, etc. All activities that drive traffic to the site. Must have experience having worked on developing strategy for these channels.
Our client is searching for an individual with a proven and successful track record in a pure player ecommerce company.
With hands on experience in leading in-house teams with strong leadership skills.
Proven record in working with data analysis and familiarity with advanced reporting and business intelligent solutions.
Experience in leading ecommerce activities across markets with familiarity of culture differences and culture preferences.
Proven ability to build, lead and execute quarterly and yearly work plans.
Hands on mentality. Has managed big budgets previously as well as managed teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading and collaborating with the team members within and outside of the marketing department. The Traffic Manager will be managing the following segments of activity, where relevant experience of more than 4 years is a must.
• Social Media Advertising
• Affiliate marketing
• Programmatic campaigns
• Content platforms such as Taboola and Outbrain
Additional qualities will be proven leadership and presentation capabilities. A Team player with ambition and emphatic towards the team needs.
Good level of English and knowledge of an additional European language is a must have.
