HR Generalist Assistant


Ubicación: Barcelona, Spain

Salario: 23.000 - 27.000 €

Our client is an International Luxury Real Estate Company

Empleo

Inside the HR department and reporting to the HR Manager, you will be in charge of providing HR, payroll and administrative support.

Among others, your functions will be:

- Employment contracts
- Payroll coordination with an outsourced payroll provider. Calculations and processing of monthly commissions
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the HR Manager
- Extensive volumes and accurate data entry, and result analysis
- Maintain and update Internal Payroll documentation and standardized process
- Global admin support for all employees. Control and checking of payroll contingencies
- Ensure HR and Finance data are aligned and information between both departments flows correctly
- Control and coordination of surveys for Social Security and Tax Institutions
- Control and management of holidays, medical leaves, leaves of absence. Running absence reports
- Guarantee the compliance of safety and health requirements for all the companies of the group
- Arrange interviews for candidates listed with the HR Manager and/or the Hiring Manager
- Preparation of offer letters and documentation needed for onboarding and leaving employees
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and placing ads in social media and internal website



Requisitos

We are looking for a candidate with the following profesional profile:

Qualifications
Excellent level of Spanish and English
HR education or similar
Good IT skills – particularly Excel

Experience
Around 3 years of experience in generalist HR functions
Knowledge in Personal Admin, Recruitment, Payroll, etc.
Proven experience with Spanish outsourced Payroll is a must
Experience in a fast moving and international environment
