World leader in the medical technology sector, dedicated to the production and distribution of hospital materials.
The employee will be part of the Sales Sales Admin team, and must report to Manger Commercial Operations the results of their following tasks:
Receive and process customers or sales team requests. Elaborate quotations making sure customer needs are addressed, and internal processes are fulfilled.
Order management: check conformity of the order and pricing approval, enter the order in Hill-Rom ERP and send the order acknowledgement to the customer according to established processes.
Register out of box claims, and follow up until their resolution. Manage disputes and credit notes when applicable. Make sure invoices are issued on a regular basis.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase our efficiency and provide high quality customer service.
Takes part in new employees training to enable their integration in the department
In coordination with sales force, performs phoning actions (follow up on install base, promotion / destocking, business development operations) to detect sales opportunities with French customers
Bachelor’s degree in Sales Administration or equivalent level acquired during professional experience.
5 years’ experience in sales operations or customer service
Proficiency Level of English and Native Spanish
Temporary contract for substitution of maternity.
