Recruitment Specialist with English (Temporal)

Empleo

-You are an excellent Generalist Recruiter for costumer focused positions and you can prove it. This role demands a good understanding of candidate generation in Spain, advertising, selecting and sourcing elevated numbers of candidates for costumer focused positions.
-You will join an international company, and get exposure to Global organisation and US managers.
-You will partner with local and remote hiring managers and HR Department to streamline our recruitment activities for a Business Unit.
-Your strong communication skills will allow you to keep your direct management and local management constantly up to date with recruitment activities

Obviously you have a previous recruiter experience in an agency or in-house, with track records on delivering customer service, telemarketing or administrative profiles. You have strong recruiting capabilities and are able to prove it in your application; Linkedin is a good tool but only one in many that compose your own recruiting toolbox.

Experience in-house is a clear advantage but not mandatory. Full Microsoft Office Proficiency, ATS knowledge is a clear advantage, if not you are geek enough to get it quickly. You are obviously fluent in English and in Spanish, but another EU language could make your recruiting easier and would be an advantage.

Skills and Behaviour, you are able to set and deal with priorities, your attention to details make you read a full JD before applying, (btw, who would be your favorite Game of Thrones Characters? Hint, Ramsey Bolton is probably not the best answer), and you are used to share relevant information with hiring managers and recruitment manager.

Strong customer focus is your bread and butter and you will bring a good sense of Fun to both EU et Global recruitment team!

You will join a very successful company, in one of the few sector spared by the crisis, with revenue increased 20% year-over-year.

You will be part of the team in our offices in Madrid, in walking distance from the tube station. You will work in a modern office within a motivated team, supervised by a management team with a sense for what is possible and what is not.


Requisitos

Experience:

-2 years of experience in a previous recruiter position experience in an agency or in-house, with track records on delivering customer service, telemarketing or administrative profiles. Technical Skills:
