Administrativo de ventas con Inglés/Alemán (1 año de contrato)

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work for an International Company specialized in translation and technological services.



Support sales representative(s) by producing estimates in a timely manner.


Approval of draft/final invoices for the Sales Representative(s);
Chase POs from clients, if applicable;
Liaise with the client plus the billing and collection departments for returned invoices/invoices not paid.

Sales Administration:

Provide a responsive and efficient service to clients;
Create and maintain client profiles in our accounting system;
Open and follow-up client orders in our accounting system;
Maintain pricing records in our accounting system;
Provide coverage and support for the Sales team and others in their absence.


Prepare monthly/quartlerly/adhoc reports for clients, if applicable;
Run data analysis.


-Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (ie. Sales Administrator/Support/Assistant, Project Coordinator, Customer Service Officer);
-Fluency in English with fluent in German desirable. Additional language skills are a plus.
-Computer literate (MS Office, CRM and/or project management tools). The role involves a daily use of company-specific software and tools;
-Knowledge or experience gained within translation industry would be advantageous though not deemed essential.


-Excellent project management skills, able to prioritize/multi-task and work under pressure;
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently;
-Attention to detail to ensure quotes and invoices are correct and accurate;
-Excellent customer service and communication skills as this role requires regular communication with clients;
-Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player due to the close working relationship with the Production, Sales and Billing teams;
-Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking, problem solving, creativity and flair in the achievement of tasks;
-Results-driven, focused on achieving Donnelley Financial Solution’s strategy and objectives.
