Oracle Manager


Ubicación: Barcelona, Spain

International company in expansion process, specialized in finance sector.

Empleo

This role will provide the necessary knowledge of insurance industry finance processes combined with Oracle ERP expertise to aid the design and implementation of new processes and technology within Finance and Reporting.

-To act as an Oracle SME to assist in the decision making, review and implementation of the proposed Oracle solution;
-To provide Oracle functional expertise to assist the evaluation of the solution in order to meet all planned and unplanned Finance and Reporting requirements; To apply expertise in change management to facilitate the execution of tranformation initiatives; To provide input into the design and mapping of future processes;
-To execute functional user acceptance testing;
-To provide Oracle functional expertise to assist the business during design, testing and support activities
-To support the delivery team in the identification and resolution of risks and issues associated with the project.
                                                                                                                                                                                    

Requisitos

-In depth Oracle ERP Cloud functional expertise;
-Experience working on key roles within Oracle Financial Implementations.
-Experience in all Finance and Reporting processes.
-Experience of the planning and coordination of business user exercises;
-Insurance industry experience;
-Project review and evaluation skills and experience
-To understand change management practices and methodologies in order to facilitate the execution of organisational transformation.
-Ability to communicate with all levels of the project team.
