Our client is an international company which creates and delivers promotional products, looking to expand in more European countries.

Empleo

As a Product Owner eCommerce, you will be part of the new European eCommerce Team.

You will be responsible for creating relevant business insights by gathering, monitoring and analyzing internal and external data. You will pro-actively come up with opportunities and proposals to your stakeholder (business, higher management).

-Responsible for the e-commerce platform and the continously improvement of new site features usability improvements.
-Ownership for the implementation of the new e-commerce platform project.
-Liaise with internal teams (ecommerce team, IT, countries and business groups) to define business requirements, prepare project content package, follow up on implementation and participate in testing.
-Prioritize and manage the overall backlog. Ensuring the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the delivery team will work on next.
-Report to management regarding current status and future development.
-Pro actively identify possible opportunies regarding the e-commerce platform (including user experience, performance, customer journey, etc).
-Working conform the Agile proces (incl. continously improvement).
-Management of projects (e.g. new website).
-Your KPI’s: ROI e-commerce platform User experience e-commerce platform

Requisitos

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
-Fluency in English and native in one or two other European languages.

Experience:

-A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar position.

Skills:

-You have a vision and feeling about user needs, which you can connect to the broader goals of the organisation .
-Experience with defining business requirements, creating user cases, business case modelling, data modelling.

Soft Skills:

-Experience within a result oriented, commercial working environment.
-An online / e-commerce background (especially in mindset) is key!
-Think quick, act faster.
