Unified Communications Manager
IT & E-Commerce
Our client is the world's largest privately-owned fragrance flavor company, creating fragrances and flavors for the world's most select brands.
As a Unified Communications Manager you will ensure that end-users requests and incidents related to E-mail and Audio/Video/Chat calls are properly adressed, and will manage the coordination with the partners and with the Service Desk team.
Your main tasks will be:
-Follow-up and prioritization of incidents/requests.
-Manage escalations of incidents/requests related to Email and Skype4Business.
-Follow-up of mailboxes under litigation.
-Coach Service Desk team for Email and Skype4Business client related issues, configuration usage.
-Manage knowledge articles related to E-mail and Skype4Business.
-Coordinate special requests or issues related to email (E-mail campaigns, E-mail phishing).
-Follow-up of changes for servers patching.
-Manage small projects related to Email and the Audio/Video/Chat services.
We are looking for a communicative person, willing to contribute and grow within the company.
The minimum requirements for the position are:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
-Self-organized person, able to manage priorities and to work under high workload
-MS Outlook, OWA and Skype4Business client functional and technical knowledge
-E-mail knowledge (Distribution Lists, shared mailboxes, resources mailboxes, generic mailboxes, mailbox quotas)
-Knowledge of MS Exchange and Skyps4Business architecture
-Project management and ITIL Processes
-Experience and knowledge of ticketing processes.
-Incorporation to international projects in a multinational environment.
