SQL Developer

Our client is an International Tourism Company with travel brands in the Netherlands, Germany, UK,France, Belgium, Denmark and Spain.

They scored 8 out of 12 in the Joel Test.


As a SQL Developer, you will get the chance to work on the newest SQL technologies (Azure, SQL 2016). You will work closely with team members including: development, business analysts, team leads, quality assurance, infrastructure, and project management.

The person that fills this role must have the ability to work independently on assignments with minimal supervision while remaining highly collaborative.

Your main responsibilities will be:
-Making technical designs
-Performance tuning
-Sharing knowledge
-Developing next gen solutions


We are looking for a person with the following skills:

-Extensive T-SQL knowledge
-Experience SQL performance tuning (understanding execution plans, index strategies and optimizing code).
-Experience in developing data models from functional ans technical requirements.
-Experience in SQL Transactional Replication
