Help Desk IT Support (2nd line) - Swedish Speaker

As Help Desk IT Support you main responsibilities will be:

- Serve as second person of contact for the customers of the Swedish market when there is a technical issue;
- Determine which is the best solution for the technical issues;
- Direct and guide the the customer on how to solve the their technical issues.


The ideal candidate needs to meet the following requirements:

- IT Experience and background (MANDATORY);
- Knowledge in Hardware
- Motivated;
- Excellent communicator;
- Team player;
- Ambitious;
- Interested in the IT world;
- Fluent in Swedish and English;
- IT systems knowledge: Windows and Office;
- Experience in physical and informal lines
