Commercial Analytics Project Manager

The Commercial Analytics Project Manager will lead, plan and manage medium-to large sized IT projects, with a focus on the Consumer Health and Pharmaceutical Divisions. The position will work closely with various global IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered with agreed upon scope, on time, on budget and appropriate change management.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Commercial Analytics Project Manager, are to:
-Lead Commercial Analytics projects as part of the Business Intelligence, Divisional Analytics Scaled Solutions team.
-Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
-Manage schedule, scope, cost and expected business outcomes for Commercial Analytics
-Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain appropriate business relationships with assigned business partners, sponsors, key stakeholders and project members and act as management focal point for project-related activities and change management
-Facilitate senior stakeholder steering committees, program advisory boards, scope management, escalation management and proper program/project communication updates;
-Manage key integration elements to ensure the needed processes, policies, technology and organizational touch-points are addressed;
-Ensure Commercial Analytics IT projects deliver on commitments by managing and monitoring project scope, risks, issues and problems including user service requests and user quality/reliability and reporting progress to management stakeholders;
We are looking for a highly qualified, innovative and accurate candidate. The candidate should be a self-starter and capable to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience including a minimum of 3 years’ experience of applied
project management experience
-Background in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Commercial in the Life Sciences sector
(Consumer Packaged Goods preferred).
-Bachelor's degree with concentrations in information technology or other related field
-Advanced degree preferred
-Certification in Program /Project/ Process Management desirable (e.g. (PMI ®, PRINCE II
®, Six sigma)
-Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
-Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and
communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
-Extensive knowledge of project management processes, organizational change
management concepts, and business process improvement methods,
-In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques
-Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment as part of a global matrix organization
-Problem-solving, and decision-making skills and time management skills
-The possibility of incorporation into an ambitious project
