Our client is a multinational company related to the online casino and betting sector located in the Vallés Occidental area.
As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will be fully integrated in the decision making of all activities around branding definition, brand awareness, inbound marketing and content activities for the company. As Community Specialist, you will own the company’s social media marketing strategy. As a community manager, you will become an advocate for the company in the Casino and peripheral communities, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Social Media duties:
This includes but is not limited to:
-Deliberate planning and goal setting. Align the Social Media Strategy to the rest of the marketing activities, collaborating with all marketing product stakeholders.
-Development of brand awareness and online reputation (including corporate and games crisis management).
-Social Media Content management (writing and curation, including FB apps creation) aligned to broader strategy.
-Taking care of Listening and Monitoring activities, making sure customers’ needs are met in a timely manner and reporting relevant findings to the product team.
-Coordinate Social Media Support activity and provide five stars and on time help to our players.
-KPIs setting, monitoring, analysis and optimization.
Community Outreach Specialist duties:
-Define efficient one-to-one and one-to-many approaches in order to build a strong community, turning members into promoters and ambassadors.
-Interact with influencers, outreach bloggers and promote the Zitro brand and experience, finding new opportunities to engage with new industry leaders.
-Moderate all channels.
-Drive traffic to the website following SEO guidelines.
-At least 2 years of Social Media strategy and community management expertise, if in the Gaming industry a plus
-Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
-Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media, blogging and other online platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
-Highly knowledgeable in the principles of Social Listening
-Independent, eager to learn and innovative
-Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
-Committed, refuse-to-lose attitude, strong work ethic, excellent team building and influencing skills.
-English native or very fluent
-Fluent in Spanish
