Customer Service Advisor with Native Level of English

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, your objective will be to give customer support to the clients of the company.
You will be responsible for:
-Offering customer service to end users/dealers in relation to a wide range of fashion products
-Answering emails from customers/dealers
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
-Logging detailed and accurate case notes to ensure optimal assistance for customers
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Intermediate vocational Education (MBO)
-Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
-Strong typing and PC skills, comfortable taking calls and emails with good written expression
-Software related knowledge is a big plus
-Detail-oriented and well-organised work attitude
-Enthusiastic, outgoing and customer-focused personality
-Interest in fashion
-Temporary Contract for 8 weeks
