Administrative coordinator

Our client is a multinational web fleeting and vehicle tracking management company based in Barcelona.

Empleo

You will be the main contact between clients and partners to coordinate installation orders in France and Spain.

Your main functions will be:
- Revise order / New contract´s installation requests
- Assign order to installation partners
- Supervise progress on installations
- Help the management team and customers with accurate reports
- Strengthen customer relationship


Requisitos

-French, Spanish and good level of English required
-Present very good self-motivation abilities
-Be an excellent team player who enjoys multicultural and casual environment
-Have a positive attitude
-Solution-oriented mindset
-Ability to understand technical issues (training will be provided)
