Customer Service Agent with Native French and Excellent English
Our client is an international fashion brand, based in Barcelona.
You will be responsible for serving our French customers regarding their shopping experience online and/or in our client's stores via incoming calls and email.
This will include placing orders, responding to queries regarding deliveries and processing payments.
As you will be the voice of fashion, you will be confident in identifying every opportunity to sell and promote our client's products.
-Native level of French
-Excellent level of English
-Spanish is a plus
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Familiarity with Social Media
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability to handle complaints and remain calm under pressure
-Ability to identify customers' needs and converting these into sales
-An outgoing personality
-Strong team working skills
-Proactive attitude and ability to work on your own
-Ability to prioritize and handle a heavy work load
-You are open minded, flexible and willing to learn.
-You must be able to communicate any process improvements that can improve the way you and your team work
-Customer service experience is a plus
