Our client is a company specialized in providing solutions and services related to information technology.
The mission of the vacancy is give support to all users worldwide.
The main tasks will be:
- Support, manage and solve call about 1st level IT incidents and requests from users of headquarters and
- To assure for excellent customer service.
- Manage incidents and requests pool (catch, dispatch and categorize).
- Documentation of guides and procedures about troubleshooting.
- Native level of Swedish and fluent Spanish and English
- Minimum experience as Helpdesk technician or similar.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Confidence in learning and supporting new software and applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High Swedish, English and Spanish languages as a must
- Driving license and a car is preferable. The client is located in an industrial area with limited access by public
