You will join an important technology company that offers all you need to be on the Internet as a business: from website creation, hosting and promotion to online brand protection.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager your main responsibilities will be:
- Portfolio management
- Inbound calls (monitoring of the portfolio and the renewals).
- Outbound calls to potential customers.
- Lead processing (request for quotation/information commercial).
- Prospection, analysis and attraction of new clients.
- Preparation of proposals, budgets and follow-up up to closing of the sale.
- Registration of the entire sales process in the company's CRM.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You speak native French level and an advanced level of English or Spanish.
- You have good knowledge of Sever's world and Internet.
- You have technical knowledge of Web Design/E-commerce and/or Online Marketing.
- You have 2 years of experience in a similar position, capturing new accounts over the phone.
- You are a person with a commercial attitude.
- You have motivation to work for objectives.
- You are proactive and have the ability to work in a team.
