Service Center Agent with a Native level of Swedish or Finnish

• Deliver Training Consultancy Services to our customers
• Provide Customer Service by handling all training incoming queries via telephone and email communication
• Offer Level 1 Technical Support for our web-based Learning Management System (LMS) internal and external
• Perform outbound campaigning activities to meet our Training Sales business goals
• Host Training Administration Transactions that are very process-driven


Education: Higher Vocational Education

Experience: 2 years

Languages: Native level of Swedish or Finnish and Advanced level of English
