Customer Retention Representative with a Native level of French

This role is ideal for outgoing, friendly and professional candidates who possess skills in working within a highly energized and professional environment, with an existing client portfolio (no cold calling), making outbound calls to assess customer satisfaction with existing software products and services and discovering if there are additional features and services of interest to the client.
A desire to master the knowledge of all available offerings to provide a consultative approach to exceeding customer expectations is required and we will set you up for success through a variety of onboarding and training approaches!
This position requires heavy phone contact with customers while accessing and using different databases, workflows and templates, to execute on delivering high quality and seamless service.

-Maintain and expand skills in sales techniques as well as solutions, the industry, market and competitive knowledge, in addition to processes.
-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, etc.
-Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction within the accounts in the assigned territory.
-Maintain a positive, professional 'total customer service' attitude.
-Develop and maintain selling tools including, but not limited to, Salesforce.
-Ensure that the renewal of expired enterprise license agreements are properly booked and invoiced accurately and in accordance with the standard processes.
-Act as a resource for Sales and Finance questions pertaining to the renewal of expiring enterprise licenses.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Language skills: French and Dutch another language would be an advantage but not necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Ability to gain access to decision makers and end users via phone.
- Deliver quality client service to customers.
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is an advantage and or related field or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge and abilities.
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer facing experience preferred.
