B2C Customer Service Assistant with Excellent Level of French

You will work in a young, international company which is located in El Prat in a very accessible area.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will become part of our team in Barcelona.
Your main tasks will be:
- Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively : Manage incidents via phone and email maintaining profitable customer relationships.
- Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies.
- Insure smooth workflow for any operational order step (refusals, returns, damages, etc.).
- Willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectation. Proactive in sharing ideas to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Active team member, open to multi-tasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fast growing department.
- Previous B2C customer service experience is mandatory.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have an excellent level of French and also speak English and Spanish
- You have customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports
- You have understanding of back office Operations systems
- You are a proactive, problem-solver person
- You have computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft office. SAP is a plus.
