As a Customer Service Agent with a Native Level of Italian your main function will be to improve customer satisfaction. During your day to day:
- You will deliver the best service to the customer via different platforms.
- You will offer information, solutions, and counseling to customers.
- You will maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are native in Italian.
- You have advanced level of English.
- You have technological aptitude.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
