As a 1st Line Service Desk Agent you will provide 24/7 IT services to multiple companies from different sectors, dealing directly with the Polish market.

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:


- Proficiency in Polish and high level of English


- Interested in the IT world
- Good IT skills (Windows, MS Office)
