You will join a world leader company with more than one century of presence in the gases market providing advanced gas technologies both for industries and the care area. This german multinational company is located in the outskirts of the amazing Porto city, from which several teams daily invest in the continuous growth of the business in an dynamic and multicultural environment.
As an HR Administrative with a Native Level of Dutch or Flemish your main function will be to take care of all Human Resources backoffice tasks. During your day to day:
- You will manage all the contracts, declarations, etc.
- You will manage work medicine appointments with external providers, insurances.
- You will receive and forward to different departments phone calls and emails from employees and local HR teams.
- You will be in charge of other HR related tasks.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have around 1 year of experience in administrative roles (preferable specifically in HR).
- You have knowledges of Labor Legislation.
- You have a good excel knowledge.
- You are proficient in relevant computer applications like MS Office.
- You are native or have a high level of Dutch or Flemish.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- You have an university level degree or similar.
- You have excellent oral and written communication.
- You are a dynamic, organized and flexible worker.
- You are a team player.
- You will have a stable and direct contract with the company.
